The Terry Valley Landowners Association is made up of all landowners in the Terry Peak subdivision Tracts A, B(Lots 1 thru 6, Block 1 & Lots 1,7,8, Block 2), and Tract C of Lost Camp Valley acreage. We are a very diverse group that belong to this association. Some of us call this place home and live here year round. There are others who have a vacation homes here and enjoy all that area has to offer. We also have a large number of short term rental properties that offer lodging for people coming to the area year round. There are companies that operate their businesses on Terry Peak. These companies also own lots within subdivision. We have one goal to promote the best interest of all landowners within the subdivision.

Our annual meeting is usually held the first Saturday in June. The By-Laws have been amended to allow that the date of the annual meeting to be set, to allow for the maximum participation of all members. All landowners within the subdivision are encouraged to attend and participate.

We are one of the unique landowners associations as we are adjacent to one of the areas prime winter sports destinations and located in a year round tourist destination. We need to look at all of the uses for our subdivision and work together for the best interests of all the landowners.
